Now excuse me while I go waste some gas.

Congrats on the new car. That’s a damn nice colour! Have never seen a ST over here in the Netherlands in that colour, most are red or deep impact blue here, but this one makes it a bit sleeper-ish!

Generally I’m not a huge fan of blue on cars, but on the fiesta, that works really well

Okay now that you’re part of the club, there are a few things you must do.
1) Upgrade your rear motor mount ASAP. This will stop the engine banging into the firewall on hard acceleration and let it put down more power to the ground.
2) Get a winter kit sorted out. Since my wheels have the warranty on them (bundled with the glass protection) I use the stock wheels as my snow tires and I got some 16" wheels with summer tires for summer use.
3) Your stock potenzas will be garbage at 10k. If you’re lucky. I would recommend a “downgrade” for them. THey are classified as extreme performance summer tires or something on tire rack. GO down to max performance or ultra high performance. You pay a LOT less per tire and chances are you aren’t good enough to make use of the extra grip on grocery runs anyways. Feel free to completely ignore this for a track tire.
4) Do the ST Octane Academy. Do it. Do it now. SIgn up. Make some time to go. If you don’t, you have a) wasted money b) failed to support race tracks and c) missed out on an amazing time.

I've never seen one in that color before, looks really nice!

There’s no such thing as wasted gas (most of the time)!

I live in South Carolina, so no winter kit needed! But I have thought about the ST Academy.

I know right, they actually had a Guard one, but it was more than I really wanted to spend. I really want one of those SVO’s though.

Did you do the speaker thing I asked you to?
![]() 04/30/2016 at 19:49 |

No, sorry I didn’t test drive one. I could get a Camaro for significantly less than the Boostang, that’s why I was looking at those. The FiST does have sound symposer or something like it, what were you looking for again?

I’ve never seen that combination before but it’s killer

It’s one of the reasons I chose it, but mainly because I love it. I do have to wear my Bama hat at all times now, though.
